Framework: Based on the PMBOK® Guide (6th Edition) and the PMI Project Management Exam Content Outline, covering predictive (waterfall), agile, and hybrid approaches.

Format: Typically 35+ contact hours (mandatory requirement for exam eligibility). Offered online/in-person via live/virtual instructor-led training (ILT/VILT) or self-paced e-learning.
Content: Covers the three key domains:-
People (42% of exam): Leading teams, conflict resolution, stakeholder engagement, communication.

Process (50% of exam): Project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/controlling, closing.

Business Environment (8% of exam): Strategic alignment, benefits/value delivery, compliance, organizational change.
